Q1: Is MotoEye HUD a helmet or just a helmet accessory?

MotoEye HUD is designed as an external accessory, which allows you to freely use your own helmets.

Q2: What kinds of helments will this work with?

MotoEye HUD fits almost all types of helmets, including half, 3/4, and full-face helmets, as well as flip-up full-face helmets.

Q3: Can I listen to music, navigate and answer calls at the same time?

Of course you can, You can use all three functions at once, even Driving Video.

Q4: How to join the intercome with the MotoEye HUD?

There are three ways to intercome:

1. public network intercom

2. Mesh intercom

3. Wireless connection intercom intercom

Q5: How is the display effect with the MotoEye HUD?

MotoEye HUD uses AR imaging principles, that can display the information needed for riding at the upper position in front of the human eye. AR display of MotoEye HUD features high-definition with 10000:1, highlights and adjustable brightness.

Q6: What is the expected battery life of the MotoEye HUD?

The MotoEye HUD has a built-in 1400mAh battery, which can provide continuous navigation for 4 hours. If equipped with an extended battery module 4000mAh, it can provide continuous navigation for up to 18 hours or continuous video recording for more than 8 hours.

Q7: How is the noise reduction performance of the product? Will making a call while riding a motorcycle affect it?

The MotoEye HUD uses a dedicated ADSP chip and dual microphones for noise reduction. The main microphone collects the voice of the speaker near the mouth, and the secondary microphone is located inside the host, used to collect the wind noise outside the helmet. Finally, the ADSP filters out the noise through a certain algorithm. It can ensure stable communication even when riding at 120 km/h.

Q8: Are the channels of Mesh intercom public or private?

The Mesh intercom function supports 10 public channels and also supports users to create private channels. If a private channel is created, the system will generate an invitation code, and teammates need to enter the invitation code to join the intercom team.

Q9: What is the difference between public network intercom and Mesh intercom?

Public network intercom requires the operator's cellular network, and the voice data of the intercom is transmitted through the operator's network. Therefore, public network intercom has no distance limit. Mesh intercom does not rely on operator's network, it is a self-organizing communication technology that can automatically form a communication network within a certain range, the network topology structure will also adjust automatically. It can be used even in areas without operator's network. Mesh intercom has a distance limit, and generally requires the distance between two nodes to be within 500 meters.

Q10: Can i use my phone apps, if i just want to use display part of HUD?

There are three ways to use your owe phone apps:The MotoEye HUD support Phone Mirror, it is a good way to screen mirroring app for your phone apps.

The MotoEye HUD support Connect Services, such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. you can use the apps which support the services.

1. Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we provide FREE shipping on orders over $300 to all around the world.

2. Order processing time.

Order Processing Time is the time elapsed between when you place your order and when we hand over the order to the delivery service.

Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working day of payment.

Our warehouse only operates on Monday-Friday during standard business hours and takes normal holidays. Orders made during weekends or holidays may take a longer time.

3. Shipping time & costs.

Our logistics team will process your order as soon as possible. Typically, you will receive the product within 7-10 days. We provide FREE shipping on orders over $300. If the order is less than $300, we will charge $30 logistics fee.

4. Order cancellation.

Please login to your account and submit a cancellation request in your account. For shipped orders, please contact us to arrange a return. Check our Return Policy. Email: support@motoeye.com.

5. Tracking package.

An email with a tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Please note: Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update and may take longer during weekends, events, or holidays.

With the tracking number provided, you can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time.

7. Tax information.

The product price does not include import tax.

For USA, we ship from local warehouses, so there is no import tax. Per your local laws, GST or TAX may apply.

For other countries, import tax or VAT may apply.

Product purchased from motoeye.com can be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the product was ordered. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Products purchased through any other channels, including second-hand purchases (even if the product is new) are not covered by this policy. If this product was purchased from a third-party seller, please refer to the seller's related policy for this product.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

All items must be in excellent condition, unworn and undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include all the components, accessories, and promotional items that were included when returning the product. It is important to pack the returned product securely in its original packaging.

The product should be free from any man-made damage that would hinder its resale. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

We accept a change of mind return. Returns are eligible within 30 days of receipt of the product.

2. General Return Process

Initiate a return: To request a return or refund, please log into your account and select My Orders, select the Return and Refund button to proceed with your request. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact support@motoeye.com and provide us with your order number.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you a return label in the email, and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.)

Refund or exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

3. Return Charge

If the return is requested because of a mistake on our part (like shipping the incorrect product, quality problems, etc) we will provide a full refund.

For USA, we have local warehouse, we'll cover your return shipping costs. Returns are eligible within 30 days of receipt of the product. 

For any other return requests, you will have to cover the shipping cost yourself.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days. Please note that the refund period may vary depending on the payment method and subject to the processing duration of the payment agency. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@motoeye.com.
